Every claim is assessed individually based on the information provided and the courier's investigation.
We reserve the right to decline a claim where evidence indicates the order was delivered correctly or where the claim cannot be verified.
Depending on the investigation outcome, we may provide either a replacement item or a refund.
The 10 working day waiting period allows sufficient time for delivery delays, tracking updates, and courier investigations before a formal claim is opened.
If you contact us after this period, we will still do our best to assist you. However, the investigation process and available resolutions may vary depending on the circumstances and the amount of time that has passed since delivery.
